Fit On A Mission was started in 2017 as a tool to help people simplify their lives. 

Workouts don’t need to complicated and who has time to waste?

Kristina is passionate about helping people and inspiring them to TAKE CONTROL of their Health! Her solution to getting healthy and fit starts with early morning workouts that jumpstart the day and get people feeling great all day long! Any fitness level, any gender, any age. WE are ALL in it TOGETHER! All workouts have different options to take it up or down. Just SHOW UP and you will be inspired to keep going and achieve your goals.

Kristina is also passionate about healthful eating and provides quick and healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. Incorporating these healthy foods and meals helps everyone SUCCEED!

When you are healthy and fit, your confidence radiates from you to others around you.  Life just seems to get better and better when you look and feel healthy.  Your family and friends will feed off your new positive outlook on life and your energy will allow you to do so many more activities throughout your day.

Being healthy isn't just a short term goal.  It is a lifestyle change.  When you begin to incorporate a daily workout program, supplemented with a healthy diet, you will not only see results in the mirror, but you will also begin to feel the difference from others as well.  The compliments will pour in and you will find your life elevated to a whole new level of positive energy.

It may be a scary first step to break into your new-found self, but once you begin to see and feel the change, there's no going back!
